Dayton, it’s your turn—HYROX is landing in your city for the very first time on October 11, 2025, and we’re bringing the full-throttle fitness experience with us! We’re thrilled to kick off our debut in this dynamic Midwest city, known for its pioneering spirit, tight-knit community, and deep roots in innovation and sport. As the hometown of the Wright brothers and a growing hub for health and wellness, Dayton sets the perfect backdrop for a competition that pushes limits and builds champions. Get ready for an action-packed day filled with energy, intensity, and unforgettable moments. Whether you're racing solo, teaming up for Doubles, or rallying your crew for the Relay, there’s a place for everyone on the starting line. All proceeds from HYROX Dayton will go directly to the Genesis 7 Campaign—an initiative by Dayton Christian School to expand facilities and create more opportunities for students through enhanced athletic, academic, and spiritual development spaces. Five heats of pros starting at 0700 - 1100, the the remaining are novice
Hyrox Youngsters 0900 - 1100, 8th grade and below
Doubles and relay start at 1200, relay start first

Registration Description
Hyrox Mixed Relay - $240, two female and two male athletes to complete a team
Hyrox Women - $60
Hyrox Pro Women - $60, actively training for Hyrox, someone who is prepared for the event
Hyrox Men - $60
Hyrox Pro Men - $60, actively training for Hyrox, someone who is prepared for the event
Hyrox Pro Doubles Mixed - $120, two adults
